"Since I was a child, I have always been scared of going to the dentist, mainly the result of memories of the 'school dentist.' It has been necessary for the last 25 years for me to have Valium and be completely sedated even for minor fillings. I would have had it even for a 'scale and polish.'

The thought of the dentist would spoil my holiday as I always had to have treatment during the school holidays. I was introduced to Dr Jackson by my husband but was still wary and unconvinced that there would be no pain! I finally plucked up the courage and agreed to oral sedation but remained very nervous.
